Community Guidelines — Echoes of the Eight Realms

These rules apply to player and alliance names, alliance chat, and other player-visible content in Echoes of the Eight Realms. The Game currently provides alliance chat; these rules do not imply that global chat or private messages exist.

TREAT OTHER PLAYERS RESPECTFULLY

Do not harass, threaten, stalk or target someone with abuse. Do not post hateful or discriminatory content, share another person's private information, encourage real-world harm, or post sexual content involving minors. Do not spam, advertise, impersonate staff or other players, use offensive names, or promote cheats and account trading.

REPORT AND BLOCK

Use the Report or Block action on a player's name. A report may include a reason and short explanation for moderators; it is not shown to the reported player. Reporting also blocks that player in the current Game design. If the in-game control is unavailable, contact support@xceptionmobile.com. Do not submit knowingly false reports to harass someone.

We review reports as promptly as we can, prioritizing threats and child-safety concerns. We do not promise that every report will be resolved within a fixed number of hours. For an immediate real-world emergency, contact local emergency services.

ENFORCEMENT AND APPEALS

Depending on severity and prior conduct, we may remove content, require a name change, restrict chat or alliance access, suspend an account, or terminate it. Serious safety or security issues may require action without prior notice. If you think an action was mistaken, email support@xceptionmobile.com with your Player ID. We may limit what we share about other players to protect privacy and investigations.
