Delete Your Echoes of the Eight Realms Account
Echoes of the Eight Realms is developed by Xception Mobile LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
OPTION 1 — DELETE IN THE GAME (fastest)
1. Open Echoes of the Eight Realms.
2. Go to Settings → Account Actions.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away, and the Game returns to a fresh start on your device.
OPTION 2 — REQUEST BY EMAIL
If you no longer have the Game installed, email support@xceptionmobile.com with:
• the subject line "Delete my account"
• your player name
• the device or sign-in you used (guest, Google or Apple)
We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
WHAT GETS DELETED
• Your game account and sign-in links (guest, Google or Apple).
• Your progress, heroes, items, currencies, settings and leaderboard entries.
• Your alliance membership. Your past alliance chat messages stay in the chat history but are relabelled "Former player".
• The gameplay events and error reports linked to your account.
WHAT WE MAY KEEP
• Reports you made about other players, or that other players made about you, may be kept for player safety and abuse prevention.
• Other players' block lists may still show your player name.
• Purchase and payment records are held by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies, and by us where the law requires it (for example tax records).
Deletion cannot be undone. Items and currencies you bought are lost when the account is deleted.
